So - I needed a special order gasket for the bottom of my garage door. They came out the same day I called and installed it a day earlier they originally committed to. Keegan the technician was awesome. Even though I live in Pocatello, I will only use Precision Garage Door to service me and my Mom's garage.

The garage door stopped working, so we called your number simply by chance. Although no one could come over due to the weekend, the repair man arrived at the agreed time, examined the damage and gave me an estimate. I asked how soon the repair could be done and he stated "right now". I was surprised but asked him to go ahead, which he did and completed in a little over an hour. He then showed me the button to push on the opener in the car and explained how my daughter could put the door operating information on her phone. I was pleased with his courtesy, efficiency, and thoroughness, as well as the removal of all the junk generated from the repair.

After seeing many positive ratings, we set up an appointment for a door repair. The online booking feature was easy and the tech, Kegan was excellent. Kegan called before he arrived and checked if he could come early (heck yes!) and he quickly fixed the door and gave us suggestions on keeping it running smoothly. We were extremely pleased with the whole Precision Garage Door experience.

Called them to get my garage door springs replaced. Service guy showed up within 30 minutes qutoed me 400.00 per spring plus 85.00 to change them out. I tryed to get a better deal because I can buy the springs for 120.00 each but the service guy would not deal. I called a few other companies and they would do the job for 300.00 to 500.00 I elecleted to go with a better priced company. If you don't care how much you spend go ahead and use this company, but I think they are over charging.
