The technician was right on time. He was up front on cost, quality of springs etc. Went right to work and and completed the work very quickly. He explained the work he did and no surprises which I appreciate. I will definitely recommend them.

Great service! The technician called to coordinate an early arrival. Fast and honest estimate and explained why each part needed replaced and which parts I could feasibly wait if I needed to lower the cost. He swapped out all the hardware and now I have a 7 year warranty! Advised me on quality door openers and where I can save some money, but also where I should spend for quality. Very pleased guys. Sadly I feel ripped off. Price was outrageous. Was not given any options on different units and ended up with an over the top garage opener that I greatly dislike. I have no care for a camera mount etc. I would have never paid that price. Just needed a good plain opener and believed it when I was told my unit wasn’t worth fixing. Can’t recommend this company in good conscience. Horrible experience from my end.

Kegan was extremely kind in helping my mother with her lost garage opener. We planned on the entire unit to need replacing, it’s quite old. He tested the unit; worked great. He was honest about not needing to change out the entire system. He gave my mother two door openers, that’s all she ended up needing. I live out of state and Kegan was great to help coordinate getting my mother’s garage door/openers taken care of. It means a lot when someone goes above and beyond to be kind and helpful.

I called Precision because my double garage door spring broke. Larry came out and showed me where else my old garage door had issues. He was real with me. He showed me the amateur repairs that had been done to my door before I bought the house. He showed me parts that were wearing out. He told me he could get it working, but for what? A year? He took the time to show me what all would have to be replaced for it to last and explained that by the time we paid for that we’d be so much into a new door - when it did go out - I’d be rebuying many of the same parts to get it up and going again. So he gave me a quote on both of my garage doors (single and double). We ended up just doing the double and the price didn’t go up because we just did the one. The Transparency was awesome. He did the work efficiently and even was up front that a there would be a credit card fee if we went that route. We are very pleased and look forward to replacing the small door in a year or three.

This company provides a very good value for garage door tune-ups/maintenance. The technician, Kegan Dragoman, was very knowledgeable and professional, and did a very thorough job of inspecting, aligning, and correcting; and he also made good recommendations to take care of on the garage doors that likely would need to be addressed next year. This type of service engenders confidence and loyal customers. I was not aware of the senior citizen discount until seeing the decal at the bottom of this page, though.

I am so happy with my new door opener. Jerry Aguirre, came and we had planned to fix my old door opener. Well It was beyond fixing so I asked to have a new one installed. He was so kind and knowledgeable. He really tried to fix the old one but in the end it was just unfixable. He installed the new unit in a short time. It hums like a well made machine. I love it. Jerry was very professional and answered all of my questions. I'm very happy with his service.

Astonishingly good service. My garage spring broke in half last night after 12 years. My FIL recommended Precision. I looked them up on Google, and decided to try Googles built in messaging service. I used it to describe my problem. I was honestly shocked to receive a response within 5 minutes. I gave them a bit more info, my address and they scheduled a time to inspect the door the next morning (today). The technician (Nathan), showed up exactly when he said he would at 830am. I assumed he would inspect the door and reschedule, but once I agreed to the contract he immediately began work. He replaced the entire spring, bearings, etc. basically everything except the door and the lifter. He finished in about an hour and 20 minutes. He even took the time to tidy up and apply wire nuts to the poorly-installed original sensor wiring. He was extremely polite, informative and took the time to answer all of my questions and more. I will absolutely use their services in the future when my other door inevitably fails. A+ service based in our lovely small community, call them asap if you have any garage issues. Nathan is the GOAT!
