After seeing many positive ratings, we set up an appointment for a door repair. The online booking feature was easy and the tech, Kegan was excellent. Kegan called before he arrived and checked if he could come early (heck yes!) and he quickly fixed the door and gave us suggestions on keeping it running smoothly. We were extremely pleased with the whole Precision Garage Door experience.

I live near the Palisades Dam in Swan Valley. The repairman, Kegan, was at my door in less than 2 hours from when I made my call. He explained the problem thoroughly and quickly had the door working perfectly. I was shocked at how reasonable the price was for coming such a distance. I recommend Precision Garage Door Service of East Idaho and will use them again if needed.

Very pleased with Precision..Needed a new door opener and it was installed immediately. Follow thru and communication was excellent. Last Thursday, we asked Larry Bremmeyer from Precision Garage to inspect the operation of our garage door. We agreed with his recommendations & made an appointment for the following Monday when he would install the changes. All I can say is wow! We have lived in this house 46 years & our garage door has never worked this quietly nor this efficiently. We were very impressed with the quality of the products he installed as well as his professional demeanor. Also, they stand behind the products that are installed. Thank you!

The technician was early to the appointment which was nice because it took quite a while to fix the garage door. He was very polite and understood that my daughter and I had no idea what we were doing. He gave us his card and personal number is case we had anymore issues. The price was also very reasonable! My contractor found your services in an internet search and recommended you to me. You met with him on my jobsite and set a bid for installation of my garage door. Unfortunately, once you arrived, you determined the product I had purchased was substandard. You recommended I upgrade to the materials that, fortunately, you had on your truck. Not a fan of price changes at the point of sale, I took me a while to wrap my had around the increase and give you the go-ahead. You completed the job quickly and expertly and I am sure my garage door with function well over time.
