The garage door stopped working, so we called your number simply by chance. Although no one could come over due to the weekend, the repair man arrived at the agreed time, examined the damage and gave me an estimate. I asked how soon the repair could be done and he stated "right now". I was surprised but asked him to go ahead, which he did and completed in a little over an hour. He then showed me the button to push on the opener in the car and explained how my daughter could put the door operating information on her phone. I was pleased with his courtesy, efficiency, and thoroughness, as well as the removal of all the junk generated from the repair.

We had a great experience with this company. Our garage spring broke and the door wouldn’t open more than a few inches. Since our door was 9 years old, there were also several other maintenance items that needed attention. We called at 9pm the night before and were able to schedule a service window between 8–10 the next morning. Manny arrived about 10 minutes before 8 and wrapped up just before 10. He was very professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. He replaced both springs (one was broken), the ball bearings, and the end plates. The total cost was around $1,100, which was more than we expected, but we were very pleased with the quality of the work and how quickly everything was completed. Our garage door now runs smoothly, and we appreciated the timely, professional service.

I called Precision Door because I have used them in San Antonio. I was able to call and get scheduled on the same day. Manny arrived within the timeframe stated and did an excellent job diagnosing and replacing our garage opener. He showed me pictures of the issue and stated that it could not be repaired. He had all the necessary equipment on his truck to repair the garage door lift and replace all the rollers on the garage doors. Manny was extremely friendly and explained everything he was doing to the garage doors to me. I highlyrecommend.Precision Door for your garage door repair needs!

This company is the best!! I thought my garage door was beyond repair. I contacted them, fully expecting they were going to tell me that I needed a brand new garage door. The repairman said he could fix it. He did so much work on it that you can barely tell it had been damaged. He adjusted the spring and lubed the rails and did it all for less than $100. He went above and beyond!! He was extremely courteous and respectful! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone with garage door problems!!

I was looking for new garage door service company and selected Precison. I am so glad I did. Quick response on phone call. Service was scheduled for two days out. Called before arriving and requested earlier time that worked great for me. Technician Kegan polite on time and knowledgeable. Explained problem and corrective action needed and cost.He quickly fixed my problem door and serviced two others. I am completely satisfied with quality of repairs and cost. Manny did a great job in communicating with me. His initial inspection and finding were honest. He got one side (8-footer) to work but bigger door (10-footer) was unfixable. I chose to have Manny (Precision) replace both garage door openers. He was able to come out the very next day and replaced the openers. He communicated with me his arrival and was finished in just a few hours. Thanks Manny.

Precision Garage Door is 1st Class in every way. I live in Swan Valley and within a period of 24 hours of my call to set up service to finishing my wants needs 100%, they were done. The two Technicians, Kegan and Manny showed up earlier than scheduled, were professional, kind and knowledgeable. They came to service and add an exterior key pad. I asked a few questions regarding upgrades and made the decision to upgrade the opener which included all new system including the exterior key pad for a very reasonable increase in price over my original request. The installation took an hour and I am so much more satisfied with the new upgraded system. I recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing or wanting garage service or upgrades. I couldn’t be more pleased!
