Great service from the initial call (off hours) - I was able to get booked quickly with a friendly scheduler. The technician showed up on time as scheduled and did all the work we needed in one trip. My garage door would routinely hang up while closing. I called Precision because the on-line reviews of the company were very positive. The service technician, Kegan, did a wonderful job fixing the issue. I was especially impressed that he really tried to understand and correct the problem while recognizing my desire to keep the price within my budget. Even though my opener is older, he didn't pressure me to just buy a new opener to correct the problem. Instead, Kegan installed new rollers, adjusted the tracks, tightened the opener's connection point, and adjusted the opener. These seem to have corrected the problem. I was very impressed with Kegan's knowledge and workmanship. In addition, Kegan was very friendly and patiently answered my questions and explained options for correcting the problem. He was a pleasure to work with, and I would certainly be comfortable having him work on my garage door system again.

I know that Precision Garage has only been in business for only a few years, but I wanted to give someone that who is essentially new a try. I am not disappointed in my choice. Kegan was here before the time that I was given, and was ready to work. He looked at both garage doors, and asked us questions and then saw what we were talking about with one of the garage doors. Kegan did a really great job, and had the doors back up and running great in no time. I recommend using Precision Garage. The price is worth the work they do.

Fast and honest estimate and explained why each part needed replaced and which parts I could feasibly wait if I needed to lower the cost. Kegan was extremely kind in helping my mother with her lost garage opener. We planned on the entire unit to need replacing, it’s quite old. He tested the unit; worked great. He was honest about not needing to change out the entire system. He gave my mother two door openers, that’s all she ended up needing. I live out of state and Kegan was great to help coordinate getting my mother’s garage door/openers taken care of. It means a lot when someone goes above and beyond to be kind and helpful.

This company provides a very good value for garage door tune-ups/maintenance. The technician, Kegan Dragoman, was very knowledgeable and professional, and did a very thorough job of inspecting, aligning, and correcting; and he also made good recommendations to take care of on the garage doors that likely would need to be addressed next year. This type of service engenders confidence and loyal customers. I was not aware of the senior citizen discount until seeing the decal at the bottom of this page, though.

Usually when you get a two hour window for an appointment they show up near the end. Nathan was right on time at the beginning of the window. I honestly chose Precision because they answered the phone. I was skeptical at first where one of the reviews stated they were trying to sell them stuff they didn't need. Keeping this in mind I learned that what they actually do is educate. I know nothing about garage doors.
