He was polite and was very knowledgable regarding the quality garage doors and accessories that your company installs. After talking with Larry I was sold on the product and ordered my two doors. Install was done quickly and professionally after the doors arrived from the factory. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door for your needs.

The technician was constantly in a rush and didn’t want to listen or try to understand my main concern. He promised to call back with the prices and installment options within 20 minutes, but instead, he texted me at the end of the day and said it was too late because the office was closed. He finally called me back on Monday, three days after the initial visit on Friday, and shared the prices for the requested garage door openers. However, he still didn’t explain the installment or payment plan options. Later that same day, he sent me a text message requesting my email address so he could send me the installment options. After I shared my email, the next day, I received invoices for different garbage door openers, but again, there was no information about installment or payment plans. Frustrated, I found another company and have already scheduled the installation. Thank you!
