Great service. Came first thing in the morning. Done with repairing the cable and roller issue and putting in new rollers in an hour for a very reasonable price. Put the new sealed rollers in to help with noise and the wind blown sand. They also completed an inspection.

The technician (Kegan D.) showed up within the designated time and completed the service requested in a thoughtful and professional manner. He described each step being performed and verified adjustments made corrected the problem (cable jumping off spool). He also adjusted and lubricated each door improving their overall operation. He finished the call by providing recommendations for door lubrication and replacement of trolly wheels. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to my family, friends, and those who may ask.

I was amazed at the service provided by the Precision Garage Door Service. They had a technician at my house to repair our garage door within a couple of hours of my call. The technician was so friendly, helpful, professional and capable. He had the repairs completed within an hour and allowed me to avoid the expense of replacing the door. I am a fan!

Jerry came by the same day even though the rest of his crew had the day off. Fixed everything super fast and didn’t mind me watching in case I could do it myself the next time. Really good guy and wasn’t pushy at all about upselling anything. Highly recommend Precision for your garage door.

Kegan was amazing! Scheduling was super quick. I called on a Monday morning and had someone at my house within 30 minutes. Our spring was broken on the top of our door and Kegan fixed it super quickly and serviced the door to make sure everything else looked good. I’m grateful for the attentiveness and reliability.

We had a great experience with this company. Our garage spring broke and the door wouldn’t open more than a few inches. Since our door was 9 years old, there were also several other maintenance items that needed attention. We called at 9pm the night before and were able to schedule a service window between 8–10 the next morning. Manny arrived about 10 minutes before 8 and wrapped up just before 10. He was very professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. He replaced both springs (one was broken), the ball bearings, and the end plates. The total cost was around $1,100, which was more than we expected, but we were very pleased with the quality of the work and how quickly everything was completed. Our garage door now runs smoothly, and we appreciated the timely, professional service.

This company is the best!! I thought my garage door was beyond repair. I contacted them, fully expecting they were going to tell me that I needed a brand new garage door. The repairman said he could fix it. He did so much work on it that you can barely tell it had been damaged. He adjusted the spring and lubed the rails and did it all for less than $100. He went above and beyond!! He was extremely courteous and respectful! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone with garage door problems!!

I was looking for new garage door service company and selected Precison. I am so glad I did. Quick response on phone call. Service was scheduled for two days out. Called before arriving and requested earlier time that worked great for me. Technician Kegan polite on time and knowledgeable. Precision Garage Door is 1st Class in every way. I live in Swan Valley and within a period of 24 hours of my call to set up service to finishing my wants needs 100%, they were done. The two Technicians, Kegan and Manny showed up earlier than scheduled, were professional, kind and knowledgeable. They came to service and add an exterior key pad. I asked a few questions regarding upgrades and made the decision to upgrade the opener which included all new system including the exterior key pad for a very reasonable increase in price over my original request. The installation took an hour and I am so much more satisfied with the new upgraded system. I recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing or wanting garage service or upgrades. I couldn’t be more pleased!

Thank You for never giving up on helping us build our dream garage door. Yes, that's a thing. Because we had moved into a house that needed a lot of love. Our old garage door was so broken and needed replacement because the snow storms and winds are so bad where we live. We needed an almost bullet-proof garage door that says, "Hi, I'm a part of this cute cottage home." Granted we never planned having a 7k garage door but it was necessary and honestly beautiful. We love the windows on the top which brought so much light into our garage. The garage door is pretty tough. We have had blizzards with high winds and our garage door is SOLID! We think its kinda cool that we are the only family that has this door in Idaho. We love being unique while making a solid investment into a wonderful product that was custom made for us. Our installer is a great guy! It took us a while to decide when to install the garage door but our installer was so patient and always answered all of our questions. We're so glad he came back over the second time to make sure it was the door we wanted as we did change our minds and go with a very different look but the door we went with ultimately was more cottage farmhouse modern that we really knew would compliment our home. The garage door is smooth, quiet enough for us, has a camera so we can see if our door is closed or who is in the garage. We can remote close or open our garage with our cellphones. Which is nice so if our family or friends need in while we are gone to watch our kitty or while we are somewhere else it makes it so much easier. Then we're not having to change the garage code again for whatever reasons. Our garage door ans service was well worth the wait and installation. Thank You guys!
