Precision Garage Door is 1st Class in every way. I live in Swan Valley and within a period of 24 hours of my call to set up service to finishing my wants needs 100%, they were done. The two Technicians, Kegan and Manny showed up earlier than scheduled, were professional, kind and knowledgeable. They came to service and add an exterior key pad. I asked a few questions regarding upgrades and made the decision to upgrade the opener which included all new system including the exterior key pad for a very reasonable increase in price over my original request. The installation took an hour and I am so much more satisfied with the new upgraded system. I recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing or wanting garage service or upgrades. I couldn’t be more pleased!

My garage door company apparently has gone out of business. I called Precision having no idea if they would or could help me. They were at my house within 30 minutes. Fixed it within a very short time. Amazing service & really nice men!! Thank you. It's always a good feeling to find a reputable company. The person who answered the phone was equally kind!

I live near the Palisades Dam in Swan Valley. The repairman, Kegan, was at my door in less than 2 hours from when I made my call. He explained the problem thoroughly and quickly had the door working perfectly. I was shocked at how reasonable the price was for coming such a distance. I recommend Precision Garage Door Service of East Idaho and will use them again if needed.

Very pleased with Precision..Needed a new door opener and it was installed immediately. Follow thru and communication was excellent. The technician was constantly in a rush and didn’t want to listen or try to understand my main concern. He promised to call back with the prices and installment options within 20 minutes, but instead, he texted me at the end of the day and said it was too late because the office was closed. He finally called me back on Monday, three days after the initial visit on Friday, and shared the prices for the requested garage door openers. However, he still didn’t explain the installment or payment plan options. Later that same day, he sent me a text message requesting my email address so he could send me the installment options. After I shared my email, the next day, I received invoices for different garbage door openers, but again, there was no information about installment or payment plans. Frustrated, I found another company and have already scheduled the installation. Thank you!

Last Thursday, we asked Larry Bremmeyer from Precision Garage to inspect the operation of our garage door. We agreed with his recommendations & made an appointment for the following Monday when he would install the changes. All I can say is wow! We have lived in this house 46 years & our garage door has never worked this quietly nor this efficiently. We were very impressed with the quality of the products he installed as well as his professional demeanor. Also, they stand behind the products that are installed. Thank you!

I scheduled online and they made it out on time which was nice. They replaced my springs on my garage door. I do most home repairs myself and was too busy with my day job to address this personally but I found parts were only 100 dollars or less everywhere I looked. That being the case I assumed this would cost $300 or less for their time plus parts but the bill was about 2.5 times higher than expected. The work was great and all but I don't think it warrants the excessive charges.

The technician was early to the appointment which was nice because it took quite a while to fix the garage door. He was very polite and understood that my daughter and I had no idea what we were doing. He gave us his card and personal number is case we had anymore issues. The price was also very reasonable! I would highly recommend this company!
