Astonishingly good service. My garage spring broke in half last night after 12 years. My FIL recommended Precision. I looked them up on Google, and decided to try Googles built in messaging service. I used it to describe my problem. I was honestly shocked to receive a response within 5 minutes. I gave them a bit more info, my address and they scheduled a time to inspect the door the next morning (today). The technician (Nathan), showed up exactly when he said he would at 830am. I assumed he would inspect the door and reschedule, but once I agreed to the contract he immediately began work. He replaced the entire spring, bearings, etc. basically everything except the door and the lifter. He finished in about an hour and 20 minutes. He even took the time to tidy up and apply wire nuts to the poorly-installed original sensor wiring. He was extremely polite, informative and took the time to answer all of my questions and more. I will absolutely use their services in the future when my other door inevitably fails. A+ service based in our lovely small community, call them asap if you have any garage issues. Nathan is the GOAT!

Usually when you get a two hour window for an appointment they show up near the end. Nathan was right on time at the beginning of the window. He was very thorough in explaining my options and covered warranties on their work. He had the parts on hand to fix my broken spring and was finished within an hour. I will definitely call Precision when it’s time for an upgrade or future repairs.

I needed work done on my... well, pretty much everything. Now I tried to get someone local probably a half dozen times in as many years. Like with a lot of home fix-it jobs that need to be done (It only took me two years and 15min. to repair a latch on my back fence) my shop door would not close, and just needed an overall service. As luck would have, your company was available and even the very next day! I needed new hinges. rollers, sensors, and remote/remote programming. Needed a new spring, old one broke. He also installed new bushings, bearings and reinforced the support that holds the track for the rollers on each side. From first call to completion was very fast, same day service. Very friendly and nice and even my dog liked him. Would highly recommend their services.

The person who came to our home was very good. He explained everything to us in regard to why our shop door was not moving well. He suggested that we add a garage door opener for our 14 foot shop door. We agreed to purchase a new opener, and he was able to go back to the office to get one. He was able to get it installed in a couple of hours. My only problem was getting to the right person when calling to get a representative to come out to our home.

I honestly chose Precision because they answered the phone. I was skeptical at first where one of the reviews stated they were trying to sell them stuff they didn't need. Keeping this in mind I learned that what they actually do is educate. I know nothing about garage doors. My tech took the time to teach and show me the difference between quality and "cookie cutter" installs on new homes. There was 0 pressure to purchase anything from my tech and felt very comfortable. Met Larry B at a friend's house while he was installing new garage doors. I was impressed with him and my friend raved about the doors and the professional installation. We called Larry and he met with us to decide on the doors we wanted and he installed them as soon as the doors were made and arrived. The installation went great and Larry explained everything to us. The doors were installed five months ago and we have not had any problems and still love the look, operation and the quietness. Definitely recommend this company and would absolutely purchase from them again.

Thank You for never giving up on helping us build our dream garage door. Yes, that's a thing. Because we had moved into a house that needed a lot of love. Our old garage door was so broken and needed replacement because the snow storms and winds are so bad where we live. We needed an almost bullet-proof garage door that says, "Hi, I'm a part of this cute cottage home." Granted we never planned having a 7k garage door but it was necessary and honestly beautiful. We love the windows on the top which brought so much light into our garage. The garage door is pretty tough. We have had blizzards with high winds and our garage door is SOLID! We think its kinda cool that we are the only family that has this door in Idaho. We love being unique while making a solid investment into a wonderful product that was custom made for us. Our installer is a great guy! It took us a while to decide when to install the garage door but our installer was so patient and always answered all of our questions. We're so glad he came back over the second time to make sure it was the door we wanted as we did change our minds and go with a very different look but the door we went with ultimately was more cottage farmhouse modern that we really knew would compliment our home. The garage door is smooth, quiet enough for us, has a camera so we can see if our door is closed or who is in the garage. We can remote close or open our garage with our cellphones. Which is nice so if our family or friends need in while we are gone to watch our kitty or while we are somewhere else it makes it so much easier. Then we're not having to change the garage code again for whatever reasons. Our garage door ans service was well worth the wait and installation. Thank You guys!

Great service. Came first thing in the morning. Done with repairing the cable and roller issue and putting in new rollers in an hour for a very reasonable price. Put the new sealed rollers in to help with noise and the wind blown sand. They also completed an inspection.
